Places to Go

We may be starting to emerge from lockdown but there are still loads of wonderful things to do in and near to Worcestershire.

I have put together some great ways you can go out and enjoy family life in Worcestershire with information about any restrictions or booking requirements.

If there is somewhere I have missed or if you run an attraction and would like to be included, pop me an email at

Soft Play in Worcestershire

Soft plays have now reopened (with restrictions). Booking is normally required with strict timeslots to allow for cleaning.

Visit the Animals

Nature parks and zoos now have the go ahead to return from 15 June. I have been putting together lots of information of local places to visit, what restrictions there are and how to book.

Parks, Walks and Woods

Do you fancy a stroll. I have learnt to appreciate my walks that little bit more since lockdown. More places are now starting to open up and I will add in more information as updates are available.

Heritage and Gardens

Stately Homes and other heritage sites often have wonderful gardens which are great to explore even if we are unable to go into the main residence. . Find out about how to visit and booking information here.

Active, Adventure and Outdoor Play

It is time to brush off those cobwebs and enjoy some active fun. From trails and obstacles courses, there is something for everyone.

Fruit Picking In Worcestershire

There is nothing like freshly picked fruit and PYO farms are a great way to get the kids involved with enjoying fruit. I will be updating this shortly to provide information about any Covid-19 restrictions.

Outdoor Pools and Splashpads

There has been a recent announcement about the reopening of outdoor pools. Once there are more updates I will update this blog.

I love getting out and about trying local days out and places to enjoy - both old and new. You will find all my reviews here.

Here you will find events, both online and when permitted in the outside world.
