THE RELUCTANT DRAGON @ Quantum Theatre, Arley Arboretum. 15:00-16:45. When a dragon is discovered up on the Downs, the Boy is not in the least surprised. But this particular dragon is not a bit like the ones in fairy tales – this one writes poetry and doesn’t like fighting! So what will he do when he finally meets St George? Find out in Quantum Theatre’s enchanting adaptation of Kenneth Grahame’s, The Reluctant Dragon – a touching, sweet and funny tale of bravery, friendship and derring-do for all the family. Open Farm Sunday @ Lizzie’s Farm. 10am-4pm. It’s a great free day out for the whole family. Meet our animals and learn all about life on the farm. Refreshments will be available. Open Farm Sunday@ Wick Care Farm, Pershore. Hundreds of farms all over the country will open their gates for LEAF Open Farm Sunday 2018 on the 10th June. As the farming industry’s annual open day, it offers a fantastic chance for people to discover real farming at first hand and see for themselves how their food (and much more besides) is produced. At Wick Grange Farm we will have several activities on offer including a trailer ride around the farm with Tom plus a chance to look around the Care Farm and see the animals – Jacob sheep, large black pigs, geese, ducks and chickens.

Open Farm Sunday @ Westons Cider, Ledbury. Join us for the Leaf “Open Farm Sunday” on 10th June at Westons Cider from 10am – 4pm. Hop on a tractor and trailer from the Cider Mill for a 10 minute trip to Nuttal Farm. Enjoy a stroll to see many farming activities and return to the mill for a spot of lunch and a cider at our Scrumpy House Restaurant or Orchard Tea Rooms. Free event and free parking!

Open Farm Sunday @ Court Farm, Stoke Orchard, Glous. Open Farm Sunday 2018 takes place on Sunday 10th June and for the third time we will be giving everyone, young and old, the opportunity to experience the sights, sounds and smells of our wonderful farm. Save the date to ensure that you don’t miss out on the chance to visit our Farmers, Animals & Tractors and see first-hand the devotion that goes into our farming practices.

Lots of activities for all the family ensure that there is never a dull moment. Try your hand at different sports and step back in time in the Medieval Village, or get up close with the friendly animals in the Fur, Feather and Farm area. In our theatre, show ambassador Adam Henson delivers fascinating talks and insights and over in the Main Arena nonstop entertainment culminates in the Grand Parade of Livestock.

Viking Party in the Park 2018 @ St Catherine’s Road, Bromsgrove. Viking Theme. We have already booked a Viking themed bird of prey flying displays. He will dress up some Viking gear has got background about birds of prey in Viking times. When not flying he will have a static display so people can see the birds close up, hold the birds, get a photo etc. people will also be able participate in the flying display (time permitting). Little Stras and How to be a Pirate @ St Johns Sports Centre, Worcester. Sessions for parents and children from 36 months to 7 years. Story based sessions designed to improve physical, communication and social skills. Classes help develop confidence, creativity and help your learn valuable tools to self calm.
Sessions last for 45mins and often include a small craft or reminder of the session. £5 per session (siblings £3.50) if booked as a block of 4 or more, or £6 (£4 for siblings) for individual sessions. To book see here

Visit The Confetti Flower Field 2018 @ Wick. Our Confetti Flower Field will be open again this summer for 10 days only! Come and wander through our colourful field of delphiniums and cornflowers, take some pictures, enjoy the views and have tea and cake in our pop-up cafe! Gates will open at 10am and close at 5pm each evening. Last entry time: 4.30pm. Admission £2.50. No need to pre-book. Simply pay for entry on the gate!

Railway Summer Gala @ Evesham Vale Light Railway. Our Annual Railway Gala when all of our locomotives will be in action, with visiting locomotives Sandy & Pompey from the private Wotton Light Railway. Trains every 20 minutes from 10.30 til 4.30 with double headers, and a triple header with all of our coaches each day.

Evesham Carnival @ Evesham Crown Meadow. 11:00-20:00. With an open theme this year you can expect big, bold colourful floats that will truly reflect the groups and organisations that are taking part. The event will open to the public from 11am with the carnival parade leaving the meadow at 2pm.
